Welcome to Wild Petals. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

Use of Our Website
By using our website, you warrant that:

- The personal information you provide is true, accurate, and current.
- You will not use our website for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
Our Contract
All orders and subscription requests are subject to acceptance by Wild Petals and any of its personnel. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to reject any order without providing a reason. In the event of such a decision, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order. Acceptance of your offer and completion of the contract between us only takes place when we start to process your order.
Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
- Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept all major credit/debit cards and payment methods provided on our website.
- We accept major MasterCard credit and debit cards. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely by Woo payments.
Delivery
- We deliver 7 days a week.
- For same-day deliveries, please call us.
- Our cut-off time for next-day delivery is 2 pm. If you miss this cut-off, please call us to see if we can accommodate your request.
- For all online orders, we will try to deliver as soon as possible or on your chosen date (orders must be placed 3 days in advance).
- If we are unable to deliver on your chosen date, we will contact you with alternatives.
- Delivery is calculated at checkout unless confirmed otherwise. Delivery will be made to the address detailed by you at the time of placing your order, via the website, telephone, or in person. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether. Delivery Dates
As part of the ordering process on this website, you will be able to request the date of delivery of your order via a comment box, we will make every effort to meet your selection, but please note delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and there may be occasions where we are unable to satisfy your request.
If delivery is unsuccessful, a missed delivery card will be left with instructions on the next steps. The recipient can either arrange for a redelivery or collect the bouquet from us at 5 Kilmarnock Road within 24 hours. In some cases, the bouquet may be left in a safe place, such as between the storm door and the main door, in a covered area, or with a neighbor. A card will be left in these situations to inform the recipient of the bouquet’s location.
Seasonal Bouquets
Photographs of all seasonal bouquets are for example only. The actual bouquet size and colors are subject to availability and stem prices at the time of order. We will strive to match the photographs as closely as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match.
Changes and Cancellations
- To change your order (e.g., date or delivery address), notify us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
- If you cancel your order and request a refund, note that we retain a 2.5% card processing fee.
- For cancellations of Christmas, Valentine’s, or Mother’s Day deliveries, a 10-day notice is required for a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 10 days’ notice.
Returns Policy
We thrive to keep our customers happy, and always use the freshest flowers, if you are unhappy with the condition of the flowers upon delivery, please inform us within 24 hours, by call or email. We would be more than happy to rectify the situation (Fresh flowers must be put into water straight away, or we will not take responsibility for flowers that may start to wither (especially important in the summer).
To change your order (for example the date or delivery address), please notify us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
For order cancellations and refunds, please note that we retain a 2.5% card processing fee.
For cancellations of Christmas, Valentine’s, or Mother’s Day deliveries, a 14-day notice is required for a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 10 days’ notice, this is because we pre- order these flowers in advance and can not cancel them with our supplier.
Editing and Amending Your Order
If you would like to make a change to your order or subscription, including amending the delivery address or card message, please contact us at order@wildpetals.co.uk or call 07860 886054 with your order number to arrange. Please note changes can only be made prior to your order being prepared for delivery.

- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from incorrect delivery information provided by you.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can address the issue promptly.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wild Petals and protected by copyright laws. You may not use any content from our website without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Wild Petals, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation before proceeding to any form of legal action.
Force Majeure
Wild Petals shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature, including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster, labor dispute, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
