Delivery information
Can I place an order for same day delivery?
Most of the time, we can do same day deliveries. Please contact us on 07860886054 to arrange this.
What are your delivery times?
We aim to deliver between 10am – 6pm. We can not give exact times as the driver takes the fastest route to ensure all the deliveries are done for that day.
Do you deliver on a Sunday?
Yes, we deliver 7 days a week.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s full address including the postcode that you enter.

Can I arrange for a delivery to be made at a specific time?
Yes, you can. Please contact us on 07860886054. There may be an extra charge for this based on your request.
Do you deliver to hotels, hospitals, care homes & work places?
Yes, we do. As long as they are within our delivery postcodes.
Please provide all relevant information and contact details for the bouquet to be left at reception.
What happens when the recipient is not home?
If there is a shaded space in front of the door we may leave the bouquet there (if you do not want us to do this please let us know). We will also check if the bouquet can be delivered to a neighbour, either way a card will be posted through the recipient’s door to let them know.
If delivery is not possible due to no answer from recipient, neighbours and no safe place to leave the bouquet then we will leave a missed delivery card and take the bouquet back to the studio (5 Kilmarnock Road, G41 3YN)
The recipient will be informed of the missed delivery and they will be given the option to call us to rearrange a delivery (charged) or collect from us within 24 hours. We may also contact you to let you know that this was the case.
Flowers
Can I come in to purchase a bouquet on the day / choose a bouquet in store to be delivered?
Yes, you can come in and choose from seasonal bouquets we have ready to go or we can make you a bouquet from the flower bar.
You can also come in to choose a bouquet or have one made up to be delivered.
Can I keep the flowers out of water?
Flowers are cut fresh and need water to survive, please place them in water as soon as received. If you require the bouquet to be in water please let us know by contacting us so that we can add a water bag and box (charged).
How to care for my flowers?
Please remove all packaging (you may cut to desired length for your vase) and place flowers in fresh cold water.
Replace water every 2-3 days and cut 2 cm off the stem at an angle.
Also keep flowers away from direct sun & heat so that they last longer.
Amend or cancel order
To amend your order, please call us (07860886054) at least 24 hours before the delivery date so that we can try and accommodate the change, for example; change in delivery address or date of delivery.
To cancel your order we need at least 48 hours notice as the flowers may have already been ordered from the markets, if a refund is possible then please note that we will keep 2% of the transaction for the processing fee.
