Our story

Wild Petals was founded by Saf and Mona in 2020, beginning with a shared love for flowers and a natural pull toward thoughtful, design-led floristry. What started with weddings and events quickly grew into something more — a desire to create flowers that feel personal, intentional, and beautifully considered.

In 2023, with the encouragement of friends and family, we opened our flower studio in the heart of Shawlands, Glasgow. The studio became a space where our creativity could fully flourish — a calm, welcoming environment where people could slow down, connect, and enjoy flowers in a more meaningful way. Often described as having a Scandinavian feel, the studio is designed to feel peaceful and uplifting, a place that smells good, feels calm, and offers a moment of quiet in a busy day.

Our work is shaped by the balance of our two styles. Mona is drawn to soft pastels and muted tones, while Saf gravitates toward richer colours and more expressive palettes. Together, these contrasting perspectives blend seamlessly, allowing us to create floral designs that feel fresh, modern, and one of a kind. Every arrangement is designed by hand, with attention to colour, texture, and form, ensuring no two pieces are ever exactly the same.
